When it comes to health care system in the  Philippine there is no centralized communication from barangay to municipality up to national office. Through Broadband Centralized Communication System, all information needed by the national government can easily be managed because of real time information and data updates.
Broadband can help improve the quality of data management since all data inputs from different department are all real time basis. They are also clear. They will be captured through IT systems application from barangay health care up to central records management office.
This Broadband Central Communication System (BCCS) can lower the cost of health care expenditures  through IT advanced records management. There is no need for any office personnel and manpower for folder filing only, and no need for hard copy of all medical requirements and records.
This Broadband Centralized Communication System will improved data capture and use, which enable clearer understanding of the most effective treatments. All records needed in real time can easily be supported by this system not only within the local care department but the entire Philippines under the Department of Health (DOH).

It creates incentive for adoption by expanding reimbursement for e-care.
